Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna

Our receptionist Hassan gave us exceptional service and made sure we were comfortable, which really added to the stay. The apartment is ideally placed too, just a one-minute walk from the closest train station. I’d recommend it to everyone.

I was a little nervous after reading some reviews, but it was basically everything we’d hoped for. The room was huge for the price, with an equally large bathroom, and it was extremely good value in a city as pricey as Vienna. There was one checkout mixup about whether I owed anything, though I knew I didn’t. The staff were still friendly and understanding, and eventually confirmed it was all fine. Everyone else I dealt with was very friendly and professional too.

The room had several defects, including a chipped corner on the table, a slightly broken plate, and curtains that wouldn’t pull. The service was very bad too. I paid for the city pass twice, and when I called about the headphone and ring I’d dropped in the room, they told me to email. I still haven’t received a reply. That felt very irresponsible. The only advantage is how close it is to the Hauptbahnhof.

The room had a lot of shortcomings, including no complimentary tea, coffee or sugar, and no iron or ironing board. Internet was down for the first two days of our stay at Adina serviced apartments. We asked to check out and get a refund for the unused nights, but they refused. Even though we paid the full amount at check-in, they charged us another 25 Euros at checkout, saying it was for a kitchen box. I'd give it two stars at most. Next time I'm in vienna, I'll choose Novotel next door, which had much better service.
