Central Apartments Vienna (CAV)

The location made it easy to enjoy Vienna. Billa and Naschmarkt are very close, and you can walk to the old town, museums, and mariahilfar stret for sightseeing and shopping. Cafes and restaurants are only minutes away. The rooms were clean and spacious, though the building and rooms looked older than we expected from the photos. The toilet was cleaned well but still smelled, probably because it’s old. I tried cleaning it myself, but that didn’t fix it. I arrived an hour early and contacted Kashaya, who kindly let me leave my luggage inside. He also replied quickly when the wifi stopped. I unplugged it several times and got it working again. You can stay here without worries and enjoy Vienna. I’m giving four stars because checkout is early at 10am and there were a few minor room issues, though I do recommend the apartment.

The Naschmarkt is just around the corner, with plenty of restaurants and coffee places nearby, and the city center is walkable. The U-Bahn is also very close. As a local returning to the area, I stayed in an apartment with a living room, separate bedroom, and balcony. It was spacious, comfortable, very clean, attractively decorated, and convenient. The kitchen had everything I needed, including an easy-to-use coffee-maker. It seemed recently furnished and offered lots of storage, a nice flat screen TV, and a sound system with a great choice of channels and music. Mr. Voshmgir is a great host.

Over the years, I’ve stayed in CAV apartments many, many times, and it’s been a uniquely wonderful experience. Mr. Voshmgir genuinely cares about his guests and is an attentive, excellent host. The apartments are modern, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Being next to the Naschmarkt and near the town center and its attractions makes them very convenient. A great find and a lovely home base in Vienna!

Near the Naschmarkt, you can find souvenirs, restaurants, food, and snacks. Grocery stores are close too, and Alt Wien Kaffee, probably Vienna’s best coffee roaster, is only a few blocks away. Major transport links, including the subway and tram, are nearby, and all the attractions inside the Ringstrasse are very close.
