The beds could have been better: the pillows were rather small and the mattress felt saggy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was another letdown. It wasn't worth the cost, and the food seemed to be from a discount store. Still, the rooms were clean, the bathrooms brand new, and check-in and check-out were really efficient. Being close to the city center made it a good choice for my recent stay.

We paid €970 for the room shown in the photo, but were given what seemed like the worst room there. I was very disappointed. When I raised it with the girl at reception, she said it would be changed the next day, but I never saw her again. Whenever you ask for something, they disappear so you have nothing more to say. I'm not the only person complaining about the rooms. This is a scam.

Getting around was easy from here. The VAL2 (Vienna Airport Line) terminus, Ubahn stations, and trams are a short walk away, and every inner-city site is a pleasant walk of less than 20 minutes. There are also 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes, though there's no fridge in the room. For the price, it's a very good basic, low-key hotel. My room was bigger than I'd expected, quiet and cozy, spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine, and the brewed coffee was very good. I'd definitely stay here again.

It's a good hotel in a great location, within walking distance of many historical places. The area was quiet at night, so we slept well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Since summer was particularly hot, air conditioning would have been nice, though the fan we had was great. We skipped breakfast and went to historic bars in town instead.
