The apartments are definitely due for renovation. They're very outdated and rather disheveled. Still, the people working in the building were good, communication was very good, and any problems were dealt with promptly. The location is perfect for pretty much anything. I'd say it was a pretty good stay, and I'd come back.

We spent five days there over New Year. The flat was fairly spacious and well equipped, and it's close to just about everything. The underground, which runs above ground here, and the trains are right at the bottom. It was a nice place in a good location, though a bit noisy. Everything was as described on Booking.

The rooms were dirty, and the door was broken.

The management company said the room was set to 23 degrees and they couldn't adjust it individually when I asked them to turn up the heat. It felt a bit cold, although the place was clean overall. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit for three days and had a good stay, decent enough. There's a train station and tram stop right outside, plus a small convenience store on the first floor, though it doesn't sell alcohol.

Everything we needed for 2-3 in Vienna was there, and the apartment was clean and beautiful. It's right by a tram and metro line. Excellent place, stay here!
