The apartment needs renovating, although it had the basic things and was in a good location. When you turned on the shower, water started running in the kitchen sink. Some planks were missing underneath the beds, so they weren't very stable. There was no A/C, but the fans in the rooms worked pretty well. The building was somewhat noisy at night.

We booked through Booking.com and arranged a key pickup time after arriving in Vienna. When we got there, other guests were already outside, having apparently rented the apartment before us. Then we were told our reservation had been canceled. I've never had such terrible service.

There are three mini-markets and a few restaurants nearby, and the metro and tram are close too. It's about 10 minutes to the city center. The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had equipment, though there weren't many dishes. We got a friendly welcome, and they ask you to share your arrival time.
