Haus Apricum

Apricum Haus is in a peaceful neighborhood, around half an hour from downtown Vienna by public transport. Services run often, and stops are very close. I was in apartment 2, which had a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a spacious living room and balcony, a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom. The new furniture and coordinated decor made it feel carefully put together. The owner clearly puts a lot of care and love into the apartments, and it was sparkling clean. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

We especially liked the spacious, attractive apartment and its veranda, where we had breakfast. There was plenty of crockery, towels, and washing and cleaning supplies. The landlady was exceptionally kind and helpful, particularly with Vienna’s complicated parking situation. We really enjoyed the stay.

The view was really nice, and getting around was easy thanks to excellent transport links. We appreciated being able to add one person at short notice and get the larger apartment, since the place isn’t really suited to five people. It had everything we needed, and the location was good. The sofa bed was extremely hard, and moving on the extra bed at night could wake everyone. Sleeping with the window open was nearly impossible too, because it felt as if a bus were driving right through the room.

The apartments are lovely, clean, and very well equipped. It’s a quiet location, with the city center easy to reach by public transport.
