We had a deluxe room, even prettier than the pictures, and everything was spotless. Staff were extremely friendly, and check-in worked just as the instructions said: after online check-in, the entry code came by email. The location was good, and parking in a nearby garage was a plus. We asked for eggs at breakfast and got a perfect sunny side up. One of the best stays my partner and I have had. We'll return to Villa R when we're in Vienna.

A peaceful, safe, green neighborhood, with the hotel about 20 minutes from the old town center. There's underground parking nearby for 10€ a day. Inside, the hotel is cozy, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with two toilets and a lobby area. The bed and pillows were great. Breakfast was generous and tasty. You can order eggs the way you like them, and the staff prepared mine perfectly. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back when I visit Vienna again.

The location was convenient, with a bus stop right across the street and the city center about 10 to 15 minutes away. I was really happy with our stay and would choose this hotel again if I return to Vienna. From the start, the place felt warm and welcoming. The lobby had a lovely Christmas tree and festive decorations, plus sweets and juices that made it feel a bit like home. We even received little Christmas gifts, such a thoughtful, heartwarming gesture, mega cute. Our room had everything we needed, including tea, coffee, water, and sweets. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable too. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

The quiet location worked well even for a street-side room, and self check-in was simple. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good value, with cold cuts, cheese, breads, pastries, yoghurt, vegetables, and fruit. Cooked eggs were available to order, though the website doesn't mention them. In the afternoon, coffee and cake were served in the garden-facing public lounge. Transit connections are good. It was a straightforward airport trip using the U-Bahn and S-Bahn, Volksoper is nearby, and the Ringstrasse is a quick 20-minute bus ride away. The hotel also has a shared kitchen, laundry facilities, a yoga room, and luggage storage, but we weren't given information on how to use them. It's a very nice place and good value. The hotel should describe its amenities better online or in the messages it sends. I asked before check-in whether luggage storage was possible and got no reply, and there was no information about storage access or early check-in. The heating was set far too high for me, as a Canadian. The room was like a sauna when we first arrived, so we opened the windows and balcony door to cool it down. At night we had to leave the windows open and use the air conditioning in November, even after turning down both radiators. Not ideal if you like sleeping cold. The room Wi-Fi was iffy, although it worked fine in the first-floor public areas. Given the age and construction of the villa, that wasn't surprising.
