My bag was stolen inside the hotel, and the response from staff made an already upsetting stay much worse. I reported it to the front desk right away, but got blank stares and no sense of urgency. No one offered meaningful help. I practically had to beg them to review the security footage, and they never shared any results. The theft happened on hotel premises, where I expected a secure, monitored environment. The manager I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful, with no real support or compensation. I felt abandoned and powerless. Nobody followed up, and I had to file a police report myself without any help from the hotel. Losing valuable items was bad enough, but the staff's indifference made it ten times worse and completely ruined my trip. I would never stay at Hilton Vienna again, and recommend travelers think twice before booking. If something goes wrong, don't expect the hotel to take responsibility.

We spent two days there and had an excellent buffet breakfast. The location was great, with an easy walk to St Stephen's Christmas market. Our room was on the small side, while my friend's was closer to a suite, with a huge bathroom and plenty of space to walk around. Servus, just down the block, was a nice dinner spot with generous portions. I'd definitely return.

The location was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. I had to explain the Hilton Honors Programme to Mr Chang, but once the initial teething issues were sorted, his service was excellent. Special thanks to Abdul for helping me.

The room was comfortable, and noise from outside seemed well blocked. Breakfast was good too. I was here for business, and the location worked well, with the metro and bus stops right nearby.

There’s a train station entrance just around the side of the building, which made getting around really convenient, and a tram stop on the other side as well. If you’re feeling fit, you can walk to all the attractions. We loved our stay, and the staff were friendly. Now and then, functions in the lobby meant walking through an event to reach the lifts.
