We paid in advance for breakfast, but none was provided. The manager was usually unavailable, so all contact was by phone, and there was no one there to sort out any problems in person. Not a great place. If you can, find somewhere else. You'll definitely find better options.

This place was dreary and dreadful. There are other hotels nearby in the same price range that are cleaner and cheerier, with an equally good or better location. I'd look elsewhere. Any positive review must be from someone without a comparison in Vienna.

The location is perfect, but that's about all I liked. There was hair all over the carpets, and the bathroom cleaning seemed questionable. Breakfast wasn't great, and everything seemed cheap. You can also see the waiter's underpants, if that's your thing. Avoid room 8 too, since the downstairs neighbor's TV was noisy all night. I wouldn't recommend this place.

It's a good priced option if you're looking for a place in an older building. The pension has a great location, but keep your expectations modest for the amenities and service. If you like retro architecture, it could be a good fit. The reasonable cost makes up for the lack of luxury.
