Ibercity Wien Schönbrunn

The staff were lovely, and I'd definitely stay here again. Our room was clean and spacious, with all the facilities working. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries and fruit, and good options for vegetarians. One morning, the housekeeping we requested didn't happen, but after we told the front desk they took care of it straight away. The service was brilliant.

Schönbrunn castle and the U- bahn station are both nearby, which makes the location great. Parking is right behind the hotel, and there's a back entrance that's handy for getting your suitcase in. I highly recommend this Ibercity hotel for its hospitality, service, multilingual staff, food and cleanliness. I'll be back very soon.

The service was awesome, and the staff were cheerful, friendly, polite, kind and thoughtful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and looked pleasant to us. It felt very clean and comfy.

We tried to get the hotel to provide a report so we could press charges and call the police, but they didn't respond or give us the employee's name. This happened during our daughter's three-day school excursion stay. She was in a triple room, with one bed on the floor. On the last day, because there were too many children in the hotel, a man and his wife entered her room. The man hit two children, saying they were making noise. A hotel employee was on the night shift and witnessed it. The hotel seems unable to handle even a basic incident. School trip organizers shouldn't choose a place like this; it's unsuitable for hosting people.
