The breakfasts were amazing, and dinner was nice on most days. The kitchen staff were lovely and made meals more enjoyable. The room, though, was dusty when we arrived and clearly hadn't been cleaned for the previous guests. Even after it was supposedly cleaned, only the trash cans seemed to have been dealt with. Things improved after the first week: the room was cleaned much better, and it was cleaned twice during the second week. That made the stay more pleasant.

Michael, the manager, helped us sort out problems with our reservation without questioning us at all, and Sophie at the front desk was so friendly. The staff were the best part of an already great hostel. The rooms were clean and modern, and the lobby was really nice too. We even found macaroons in the rooms and a nice fan. I'd recommend staying here in a heartbeat.

A bigger locker in the room would have been useful, since there was only a small safe. Otherwise, this was a nice hostel, with a lovely garden and a handy location near the metro. The room and bathroom were clean, and there was a fan. As others have mentioned, breakfast was generous and great. The staff were helpful and nice.

The beds were so comfortable, and the hostel was clean, spacious, and had a lovely garden. I stayed in Room 202, a four-bed women-only room, in July 2018 and August 2018. It was relatively quiet, too. My one suggestion: please add reading lights by the beds.

We only stayed for a weekend, but my friend and I would both recommend this hotel. The place is clean and pleasant, the service is very nice, and breakfast is delicious. The standard may not be especially high, but it worked well for us. On a sunny day you can eat on the terrace, though I got rain instead ;D. And the location is great, just three minutes from the metro, trams, and airport bus.
