It was a very good stay for the price. The room was nice, and the neighborhood was good, though the amount of dust in our room made me question the cleaning.

Our friends were able to check in and stay as planned. They said their room was large and clean, though breakfast was laughably small and disappointing. The juice came in a tiny bottle about the size of a salt shaker. We’re a family of four, with two adults and two children, and had booked this hotel for our Vienna trip at least six months ahead. At 10 a.m. on arrival day, just five hours before our scheduled 3 p.m. check-in, the hotel called to say our room had been canceled. We were left without accommodation in Vienna. The proposed fix was a mess. First they offered another room with a 25% discount, then quickly withdrew the offer. They instead suggested a room at a completely different location. That wouldn’t work for us because we were traveling with another couple, our friends, who were staying at this hotel, and we had planned to be together. The room itself may be nice, but the management was unprofessional and caused immense stress by leaving a family without a place to stay at the last minute. That’s unforgivable. The risk of having your booking canceled isn’t worth it. Book elsewhere.

For a Christmas visit to Vienna, the price for what we got was very good. The apartment had a balcony and heated floors, and it was clean and well equipped. It’s conveniently close to the underground, with the U4 and U6 lines nearby. Check-in and check-out were both handled digitally. This was my first time trying numa stays, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including a balcony, air conditioning, and heated floors. It was comfortable for me and my three children. The underground station is about 200m away, and checking in and out was easy. We'd happily come back.
