Jimmy's Apartments Emerald

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable, and having air conditioning in every room was great. It had all the essentials, including a TV, washing machine, and a full kitchen with a very useful dishwasher. There isn't a reception since it's an apartment. I had a check-in hiccup because the team forgot to send the details, but I called and they sorted it quickly. After that, everything went smoothly. I'm satisfied with Jimmy's.

The room was great, but getting into it was the worst check-in experience I've had. The code opened the main entrance, but I also needed an email with a registration form, and for some unknown reason it never arrived. I called several times. The person on the phone had a very strong accent that was hard to understand, and even spelling out my email repeatedly didn't help. It took almost an hour before the email finally came through. I met a couple with the same problem who gave up and went to another hotel.

The room was really nice and comfortable, with everything I needed. I had forgotten to check in, but when I called, they walked me through it and got it sorted in about five minutes.

The apartment itself was great, but getting the access code was a frustrating process. I booked through Agoda and got the registration link in an Agoda message, but Agoda's security settings hid the link. I had to email the property to get it and finish the registration. Then, on arrival, the password they'd sent me didn't work, leaving me locked out for around 20 minutes. Phone was the only way to reach anyone. I only had data roaming, so I had to make an international call in English and was charged extra. They did fix it on the call, but the self check-in process needs to be more accurate and reliable.
