The heating, with both radiators and AC, kept us warm and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch, from the fluffy towels to the shower’s excellent water pressure. We stayed four nights as a family, my wife, our three daughters, and me, using two apartments. The rooms were fully renovated, high quality, and very cozy, and the location was great. Iryna was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was great, highly recommended!

The location was PERFECT, and this was the best non-hotel place I’ve ever stayed.

The service is really high-level, and getting in without contact was easy. The apartment felt like a five-star hotel, and I enjoyed my stay completely. It’s luxurious and in a very good spot ❤️

The location is the one clear plus here. The room looked nice when we first saw it, but the problems soon piled up: the heating made constant noise, Wi-Fi was unreliable, the power went out, and the shower flooded the bathroom. Opening the windows during the day also let a lot of construction dust into the room. We knew renovation work was going on in the building, but the conditions still made the stay uncomfortable. When these things happened, customer service wasn’t helpful and offered no solutions. There’s a bar right next door, too, and parties made the building noisy at night, so it was hard to rest. I can’t recommend staying here in its current state.
