Mr Nicholas welcomed us so warmly at reception and even upgraded us to a duplex at no extra charge. The room was clean and comfortable, and it felt like home from the moment we arrived. He also shared tips for looking around on our vacation, which was so sweet. We'll definitely come back when we're in Austria again. We stayed with friends in December 2025 and really liked the little courtyard, a nice spot to relax. It's a short walk to the underground, and Stephenplatz is about 30 minutes away on foot. The hotel kindly let us leave our bags before check-in and for a few hours after check-out, when we asked. Best wishes to Nicolaj at reception, who was welcoming and helpful.

We had plenty of space in the apartment for four, and it had everything we needed. The view was lovely, and the place was wonderfully quiet and clean. Totally worth it, 100%.

Our group of 16 could count on Nikola whenever we needed help. He was especially helpful in every situation, and he's the best. The hotel was very clean, and the free tea and coffee were a nice touch. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main attractions. I'd recommend it to everyone.
