Getting in is easy, and the motorway is right nearby, which makes the location excellent for a quick stop. Prices are cheap and the room was absolutely clean. You get a bed and hot water, which is enough if you’re just passing through and don’t need to bond with the hotel. The check-in process has a lot of steps and clicks, enough time for a digital endurance test and a bit of reflection. The room is old and worn, though functional, with a carpet that seems old enough to have plenty of stories. At least the water gets hot. The temperature was more walk-in fridge than comfortable, and heating or air-conditioning seemed to be off duty. Staff are more like a legendary creature, apart from at breakfast, which we bravely skipped. The breakfast room looked like a desert at night. No frills, service, or charm, but for the price, what more could you expect? 😌

I was shocked when I arrived to find no reception, and no one answered my requests or emails. Even the café nearby is only open for a few hours. I’d asked for early check-in, but getting into the room before 14:00 was impossible. It felt like staff weren’t willing to help or make even the slightest extra effort. After just an hour there, I canceled my booking. Not recommended at all.

There’s no heating in the room during winter, so bring a portable heater. The towels were dirty and the bed linen smelled, so bring clean ones. A terrible "hotel".

The emergency call staff were incredibly rude and gave me no help. The lift was out of order too, so I had to haul my heavy bags upstairs alone. Worst experience ever. Avoid this place.

I was very satisfied with this hotel and highly recommend it. The room was big, cozy and quiet, with a bath. It’s a little far from the centre, but very close to big shopping outlets.
