Getting into the inner city was easy, and the apartment was spacious and very clean. But it was a different apartment from the one shown in the pictures, and the heating was nowhere near enough. Cold winter air kept coming through the worn windows, even when shut tightly, so we had to sleep in sweaters and cardigans. There's only one heater, oddly placed in a bathroom at the far end of the large apartment. The entrance has floor heating, but nowhere else does. We asked to move because of the cold, but they only sent a technician, which made little difference. There's no air conditioning either, so I imagine summer could be uncomfortable as well.

Getting the apartment key was easy, the place was clean, and all the facilities worked fine. The stay was nicely organized, everything was clear, and there were no hidden costs. My only comment is that the elevator is small. I'd definitely stay again.

The duplex had plenty of space. The weather outside was wild, but up on the top floor I felt safe and sheltered.

We had everything we needed for a nice stay in Vienna, and the apartment was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped too. It's about a seven-minute walk to the metro. Recommended!

We were five people, with two double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The apartment was lovely, with a little terrace and a beautiful view. Both bathrooms were heated and very comfortable. The house has heating as well as three separate air conditioners. It's right by the tram stop, about 20 minutes from the city center. The area felt very quiet and safe, even at night. The one downside was that the windows had no shades, so a lot of morning light came in.
