Steiner Residences Vienna Augarten

The grocery store was a nice bonus, just a two-minute walk away for fresh pastries and produce. Our room was nice, and the beds were average. It was quite warm during our stay, and the room’s AC unit had to vent through an open window, so street noise came in. It cooled one room adequately, and they kindly provided a fan for the other part of the room. Not our favorite setup, but not the worst.

The ground-floor apartment only had a window facing a wall, so there wasn’t much of a view. Still, it was very affordable for the location and Vienna’s general price level. The apartments are spacious, modern, and clean, with a kitchen that has most things you need. A tram stop right outside gets you to the city center in a few minutes, and there’s a supermarket just a few meters away.

A grocery store is very close, and most historical sites are about 20 minutes away. The rooms were clean and pleasantly arranged, so it was a nice stay overall. The spray they use is a bit strong, though, and there’s no lift, which makes the stairs challenging if you have lots of luggage.

The owners were really kind and helped with every request. The interior was very nice, especially the bathroom, and there’s a lovely park behind the building. The location is great too, with a tram station very close and a grocery store about 20m from the entrance. We had a great stay from start to finish, and I really recommend this place in Vienna.
