The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful, and the hotel was generally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was generous and varied for a hotel this size. We stayed as a family of two adults and an almost 4-year-old, and had a very pleasant time overall. Getting around was easy with all kinds of transportation available. Our main comfort issues were the room temperature and noise. It was quite cold, since there was no proper central heating, just an old-style AC unit that didn't work very well on nights with -10 degrees. Nearby overground metro and trams made the room noisy, so light sleepers should know that. It wasn't a deal breaker for us. Good stay and solid value, though the comfort could be improved.

That special parking garage with an elevator for your car was the cherry on top. We spent a long weekend here and everything was perfect: a clean room with exciting views for our little boy, a superb breakfast and great coffee, which is rare, and an amazing location with excellent connections. Highly recommend.

We had a family weekend in Vienna and found the hotel very clean and comfortable, with wonderful staff who were friendly and so helpful. The location worked well. Tram 37/38 stops right outside and takes you to Schottentor, with onward connections from there. Other stops nearby serve the U4 and U6, depending on where you need to go. I'd recommend this hotel to family or friends without hesitation.

I spent six nights here and had an amazing time. The staff, especially the manager, were welcoming, friendly and hospitable, and communicated really well while trying to accommodate my needs. The location is ideal too: not too crowded or touristy, with easy access to public transport and the airport. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They gave me laundry and gym tips, and even kept my jacket safe after I left it behind at checkout. My room was beautifully designed and clean, and breakfast was delicious. I had a great stay, thank you!
