Numa Vienna Terra

The little practical details made a real difference for us four girls travelling in winter: plenty of sockets, lots of hangers, and three full-length mirrors with space to hang our clothes. The location was great too, within walking distance of both U3 and U4, with U3 less than three minutes away and a huge supermarket nearby. The apartment was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and had air conditioning. We liked it so much that we started looking up their locations around Europe for future trips.

The private courtyard connecting the apartments made the place feel quiet and safe. Our rooms were spacious, and the location was ideal, just five minutes from the underground station. Check-in and checkout were both very easy, and there was plenty of space for luggage storage.

The apartment itself was clean and tidy, the appliances all worked, and the location was excellent. Even so, we definitely wouldn't stay again. Our booking was cancelled for technical reasons just three hours before we were due to arrive in Vienna, despite everything having been paid in advance. We got no further explanation. We only managed to arrange a replacement after a long wait, and they mentioned a 15% discount as an apology, to be paid within 7 days. The whole thing felt very unprofessional and badly organized. If you need help, it's hard to find anyone on staff. Everything has to go through email, and they're not available on WhatsApp.

The building is beautiful, and the apartment at NUMA, Vienna, at Gumpendorfer Str. 60 was practical and well designed. I stayed there with my family, and I appreciate the stay. Two things could be improved. The sofa bed in the living room was a poor choice for us because when the person on it turned at night, all three of us woke up. Also, the glass door between the entrance and living room is so clean and transparent that there are no visible markings. At night, someone coming in might not see it and get hurt. My wife had closed it without me realizing, and I hit my head on it, though thankfully I wasn't injured. Thank you for your attention.
