Diana has been the best part of the stay. From check-in she’s been welcoming, kind, and helpful. She gives great advice, remembers our breakfast order each morning, and makes us feel at home. We’re already planning to come back this winter. We’re in Wagrain with friends. Most of the group is at the sister hotel Almmonte Präclarum Suites, while my family is at Sensum Suites, a short 10 minute walk away. Our room is perfect for the three of us, and the pool and spa are just right after a day of skiing.

The people and hotel were nice, but the meals didn’t feel as refined as they’d been described. We requested breakfast for an early departure and nothing was ready when we left. The regular breakfast was okay, though simple and short on fruit. For the quality, I think the price is too high.

The pool and terrace were lovely places to unwind, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were really kind and helpful. Our room looked good, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean. We really enjoyed staying here and I’d definitely recommend it 😃

A cozy hotel with friendly staff, and everything worked as it should. We had a comfortable stay with our dog!

The breakfast was wonderful, and the restaurant food was very good too. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. We’ll definitely come back.
