Tanya gave us such a hospitable welcome, and we'd gladly stay here again. It's a peaceful spot, but Walchsee is just a short drive or walk away. The rooms are so comfortably furnished that you feel at home straight away, and the kitchen is really well equipped. We had a wonderful four days. Highly recommend it 🙂

Our kids had a great time with the dog and the other animals, and the Kössen ski school is only about 15 minutes away by bus. We had a wonderful stay at Marschbachof. The apartment is modern and lovely, the kitchen has everything you need, and the hostess was friendly and very helpful. We'd love to return.

Our daughter loved helping Tanya in the stables, and that made our Christmas stay at the holiday apartment with Tanya and David extra special. They're wonderful hosts and answer questions quickly. The apartment is tastefully furnished and comfortable, with everything we needed. We highly recommend Marschbachhof and would love to come back.

We came home feeling rested and grateful for our stay in the holiday apartment at Marschbach Hof in mid-October 2024. Tanya welcomed us warmly, and the apartment was incredibly clean, quiet, and fully equipped. The kitchen even had a pizza cutter, tea strainer, and garlic press, more than we'd ever had in a rental. The bedrooms are spacious, and two open straight onto the balcony. The view is fantastic, and the loft bed was a hit with our children. Houseplants and thoughtful decor make it feel like home, and you can see how much care has gone into making guests comfortable. Tanya answered questions quickly and often picked up our daughter so she could help with the animals, which she loved. There's a cupboard of board games, and the area is great for walking dogs, with free dog treat bags available everywhere. The town center is about a 20-minute walk. With the guest card, we could park for free in town and the surrounding area, and there are plenty of trips for all ages. We were lucky with the weather too, with temperatures above 20 degrees Celsius in mid-October. We recommend this place to everyone, and would give it more than five stars.

We didn't need the car at all during our stay at the Marschbachalm in late October/early November, since we could set off on hikes right from the hut. It's tucked away in a beautiful spot and lovingly furnished with everything we needed. The hot tub, sauna with its lovely valley view, and luxurious terrace grill were great additions. The drive up the mountain is a bit of an adventure, but this location is absolutely worth it.
