We’re already looking forward to another visit to Hotel Laschenskyhof. The mountain view from the pool area is stunning, and the setting is quiet, though it’s only a 15-20 minute drive into Salzburg. It’s also near the airport, which is handy. This was our second stay, first as a couple and this year with the kids. The pool, spa, and wellness areas are the main highlight: there’s an indoor-outdoor family pool, plus a lovely adults-only area with whirlpools, saunas, and pools. The food is excellent, and the restaurant is always busy. Staff are attentive to the details, and the children were well looked after, including little robes for the pool that made them feel as special as the adults. There’s also an outdoor playground and an indoor playroom. A really relaxing stay.

We stopped for lunch at this historic hotel, which has a very large spa resort attached. The restaurant seats more than 100 people across several rooms, and the food was superb and good value. Service was excellent, with a busy, large team in smart uniforms. It’s a handy choice if you have a car and a few hours before a flight, since the airport is only a couple of miles away. We’ll come back.

After picking me up at the airport, my Austrian friend always takes me here for dinner. Sitting outside on a warm summer evening is a pleasure, and when the weather sends us indoors, the indoor facilities are excellent too. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I always have a lovely time here and will see you this year.

The room was beautiful, the food delicious, and the spa felt new and very nice. There were plenty of little beds and chairs where we could relax privately, which made the stay feel especially restful. Magdalena made our evening special. She was kind and quick, handled all the food adjustments we asked for, and brought someone over to advise us about the wine. We’d definitely recommend it.

The spa is well worth using, and the hotel bar is great too. Our room was spotless and lovely, and the staff were amazing. It’s just south of Salzburg, about a 10-minute drive by car, and the location worked really well for us. One of the best hotels we’ve visited. Thanks to Laschenskyhof hotel for a great vacation, I highly recommend it.
