The hosts and other guests were friendly, and Rosa was a good host. We felt relaxed and comfortable in the quiet atmosphere. Our room in the main building was large and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. It was hot in the rooms, and hot water was available all the time. Breakfast and dinner were good, and the service was nice. The location worked well for skiing, with the 660 ski bus stop nearby, though we chose to use our car. The main things were there, but details and personal preferences could be improved. For the price, it's a perfect place.

(This is the restaurant review only.) We were lucky to get a table for dinner, as the restaurant was full. It has a really cosy, relaxing atmosphere, with great local food and welcoming, friendly staff. The dog and cat there were both well-behaved and friendly, and we enjoyed having them around. We'll certainly come back.

The meal was good and the service was nice at this pleasant pension. Our rooms had a heating problem, though. We had to make a bit of noise to get the boss's attention, and then he warmed them up. After that, it got very hot :)

The view from the hotel is brilliant, and it's a peaceful spot away from the city bustle, between Zell am see and Kaprun. The staff are incredibly kind and look after your every need. I'm Jain, and they specially prepared a meal for me that was delicious. It's a humble place but breathtaking, and a truly unique experience. Love from India.

This is a lovely family-run place, and you can drop in for dinner at a very reasonable price. We enjoyed the grill and salad bar today, and the kids loved it. If you're traveling with children, I'd recommend considering a stay at Limberghof gasthof instead of downtown Kaprun or Zell-am-see.
