We had the whole floor, and it was spacious and nicely equipped. Parking was very tight for four people, two dogs and two cars, so we had to be flexible. We chose the place because it allowed pets, and paid the requested extra for our two big dogs. We kept them clean and wiped their paws whenever they came in. There was a stain on a carpet and some sheets, but I explained the dogs weren't involved. We agreed the owner would send a bill for the cleanup. A month later, I got a large invoice for a new carpet, new bed sheets, general cleaning after dogs and taxes, with a footnote threatening legal trouble if I didn't pay. I expected a smaller amount, but ended up paying the equivalent of another week's accommodation. The owners may need to explain extra costs and how to avoid accidents more clearly. It's a nice place, but from a pet owner's point of view, unless you're bringing a pet fish, it's not for you.
