A quiet, clean hostle right by the lake, with a beautiful view. Breakfast is reasonable, and the staff are friendly and really helpful. There are a few game tables, including foosball and tennis, plus some books you can borrow.

There are great hiking opportunities very nearby, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station. Zell am See’s city center is around half an hour away on foot. The staff are friendly and laid-back, and the chef is fun and friendly too. We really liked the rooms and the delicious food. For sports, there’s a soccer field, basketball court, athletics field, and beach volleyball field, all included in the room price. You can go straight to Zeller lake, borrow SUPs and canoes for free, rent a boat, or learn to wind surf. If you want an affordable lake stay and enjoy sports, I definitely recommend it. It’s one of my favourite youth hostels so far!

I stayed here with my elementary school about 10 years ago, and the pictures bring back good memories. The staff were helpful and friendly, the food was good, at least as I remember it as a kid, and they kept us entertained too. Really great location.

The rooms were very clean, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and dinners. There are lots of nearby attractions, including the lake, playing fields, skatepark, and basketball. Such a beautiful area, and the service was nice. Thank you for a great stay.
