We stayed at Chatlet Enzian, a very nice apartment with three double rooms and two bunk beds. It was clean and big enough for ten people. Areitbahn Express lift is within walking distance, and the owner Tom provided brilliant service. We’d like to come back.

Dear Tom, We had a fantastic week at the Mountain Nest Chalet and Apartment and felt right at home in the comfortable accommodation. We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, and we’re grateful for your kindness and the tips you gave us about the area. It was an unforgettable stay. If we go skiing in Austria again, we’ll definitely come back. Thank you once again for your wonderful hospitality, and we hope to see you soon. Best regards, Babak

Getting in touch has been impossible. They don’t respond, and the information on their website is incorrect. I’ve been waiting almost two months for a reply and my money back. After a month they finally said the reservation had been cancelled, but claimed they couldn’t find a deposit, even though I paid it through the booking site. Another three weeks have passed since then, with no reply and no refund. If you want a nice, carefree holiday, I wouldn’t book here.
