We stayed for a week, and the apartment was spacious with parking available. The price feels right for the quality, and otherwise everything was fine. The only issue was the cold: even with the radiators running at full power, the main living room never warmed up enough.

There’s a warm, dry storage area for ski gear, and parking is on site. The apartment is peaceful and cozy just outside Zell am See, with spacious, comfortable rooms that were exceptionally clean. Kaprun is a 15-minute drive away and Zell am See is only five minutes away.

The area was quiet and peaceful, with an authentic Austrian feel. Our room was spacious, cozy and tidy, with lovely views of the mountains and lake. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of choice, and the owner was very nice and helpful. The modern sauna was relaxing and really good.

We had a cozy room with a balcony and great views, and could park the car for free. The lake and its beach are close by. There’s a beautiful courtyard with a pool, jacuzzi and sauna, plus good breakfast served on the terrace. The staff were friendly. Highly recommended, 10/10!

The bed was lovely and the bathroom was okay, though the shower was a bit small and the temperature kept changing. Breakfast was good, but two breakfasts for two people cost €50. The room itself was quite small, and the panorama photo in the email made it look much bigger. Zell am See centre is also a little far away.
