The staff made a really hard time so much better for us. They were friendly and understanding from the start, showed us around, then gave us privacy. Room service came every morning with fresh towels and emptied the bins, and they were always helpful and considerate. They helped us stay positive and brought smiles to our faces. We’re still down south right now and aren’t as happy here as we were there. It’s right across from a Westfield shopping centre, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. This is by far my favourite place to stay around South Australia. When the time is right, I’ll come back for a relaxing weekend with my husband. Thank you, Jamie, you have NO idea how grateful we are. You’re absolutely lovely. Looking forward to a cuppa coffee with you soon. Kind regards, Kylie, Shannon and our little family 😍

I once sarcastically told the motel manager, Jamie, that I started smoking because of him. I meant it as sugar-coated sarcasm: I said I thought only bad people smoked, but since I believed he was a “good person,” I copied him. I was trying to say that he had driven me to smoking. He seemed to take it literally. He made me get up at 7 a.m. every day for cleaning, without my permission. If I didn't open the door for the cleaner, he would knock repeatedly in a rude way and even threaten to kick me out. Under that constant pressure, I picked up smoking. When I sarcastically said I copied his smoking because he was “good,” he seemed to believe that too. Another time I told him attraction was about what’s inside, not appearance. From the day after that, I noticed he stopped washing his hair for days and weeks. His scalp was covered with white lice eggs, some had fallen onto his black shirts, and his ten fingers were stained black and he wouldn't wash them.

I had the best stay here. The location is very good, with shops across the road and food outlets close by. It only costs 14 dollars to get to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and there's pickup and drop-off in front of the main office. I recommend this place.

The food from the qualified chef is yummy, and the staff are always happy to chat or offer advice. They make you feel like family and do what they can to keep you comfortable and happy. They were lovely with my boy, making sure he was happy. He loved giving them knuckles and high fives, still asks about them and wants to go back. I'll definitely bring him back, and I'll be back myself. They made us feel so loved and welcome. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a friendly, welcoming place.

Dad and I had a great stay, and we highly recommend the hotel. It's about 10 km from the heart of the city, with Arndale shopping centre across the main road. The staff are kind, happy and helpful, and there was very little traffic noise in our room. Breakfast was delivered the night before, the bed was warm and comfortable, and the towels were nice. Housekeeping came by each morning to ask if we needed anything. Thank you 😊
