Quest Port Adelaide

The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine, and it was clean with a very comfy bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It’s a great location for that part of the city, though it may feel a bit far out if you’re heading into the city and don’t have a car. There was very little road noise, but the sirens could get very loud at times.

The staff were friendly, professional and flexible with changes, including housekeeping, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with well-appointed amenities. We hadn’t realized there was a construction site next door. It wasn’t terrible, but expect some extra noise and dust. Rooms of the same type can differ, and the website doesn’t mention that: we moved between two 2 bedroom apartments, one with a bath and balcony and one without. If you have specific needs, it’s best to call. Parking is limited, though the location is good, with plenty of food and drink places within walking distance.

We loved our stay at Quest Pt Adelaide. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and it’s near the beach. Our riverside room and balcony were lovely, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were welcoming and checked us in early after we had an unexpectedly good trip in from the outback. I’d stay again, but would want to make sure I got a river view room. They don’t say whether a request for one will be granted, and I would have happily paid more for the view since we don’t see water where we live. If a river view couldn’t be guaranteed, I might not book again.

The team always went out of their way to help, and the rooms were modern, self-contained and consistently clean. Easily the best hotel in the Port Adelaide region. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
