I booked at the last minute, and the desk staff gave great customer service, but the room was filthy. There was no shampoo or soap, and the shower screen was badly cracked. I was scared it might fall on me while I showered. The bathroom floor had a disgusting amount of dirt and hair. The living area hadn’t even been swept, let alone mopped, and there was dirt, debris, and spilled coffee and food everywhere. Sadly disappointed, I won’t return. I took photos.

Never been here, but I’ve heard Scotty is peak. Apparently he knocks on your door at night to say cya. People say the rooms are bad, but the service is good. If you’re lucky, Scotty even works at the front counter. Ten stars, I’d go back.

My family and I really enjoyed our time here. The rooms are a nice size and look good, help comes quickly, and the location works well day and night. Management is helpful, considerate about safety, family-oriented, and full of jokes. Thanks for everything, Chris, Christian, Greg, Mel, and Kimberly ❤️‍🩹

I brought a client here after they suddenly became homeless. The reception staff were incredible and made the transition as easy as possible, though I didn’t get the names of the woman and man on duty. They’re doing a huge service for the community, and deserve our respect.
