Our flights were delayed by weather, and the team called us that same day to let my partner add my name to the booking since I’d be arriving first. That took some stress out of it. We loved our several nights at Pinnacles. The one-bedroom apartment was fantastic, spacious and clean, and the staff were so welcoming. They even surprised us with a cheese and dip platter when we arrived. The resort was quiet, the pool and jacuzzi were highlights, and the gym had a great view. Can't wait to stay again!

We absolutely loved our seven nights here. The views were spectacular, and the accommodation was clean and well appointed. Therese gave us such a warm welcome and drove us up to our place. There was cheese and biccys waiting in the fridge, and the jacuzzi had already been switched on, so we could just unpack. Shops are close by. The hill is steep, but a taxi was only $8 and the drivers all know Pinnacles. There's a button to press, and we waited less than five minutes. We usually walked down and caught a taxi back up. A lovely quiet place to recharge.

Lee was amazing and went above and beyond to make our holiday what we hoped for. The beautiful view was a real highlight, and bars, cafes and restaurants are very close by. My partner and I can't recommend Pinnacles enough. We'll definitely be back, thank you so much!

The kids loved having a pool, and the balcony view was beautiful. Our apartment was clean and had everything our family needed, so we loved staying here. With small children, a hire car is probably a good idea because the walk up to the apartments is very steep. Still, the view makes it completely worth it. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The room had fantastic views, and the pool, gym and sauna were excellent. The location was perfect and the staff were really helpful. We couldn't find a thing to fault and will definitely be back. Five stars from us.
