I love coming here and ask to stay whenever my company sends me to Albany. The staff are friendly and helpful, and service is quick. The rooms are always very clean and tidy, and although the outside is older, the rooms have been lovingly renovated. They have tables, chairs, a desk, a fridge with well-priced snacks and drinks, plus cutlery, plates, a kettle, and tea and coffee supplies. The beds are comfy, with fresh, clean linen and towels. You can charge meals back from a few local restaurants within walking distance. Albany Indian is two minutes away and a favourite, with the best samosa ever 😀. Katie’s Place is cosy, has good breakfast food, and the best staff.

We’d stay here again. Our three-bedroom unit was very clean, had a generous amount of space for our big luggage, and came with a well-equipped kitchenette. The only bother was the bathroom taps: separate hot and cold controls made it hard to get the temperature right. Otherwise, it met our expectations.

Good price and a great location. We were there for one night, and the room was perfect: quiet, spotless, with a lovely warm shower and comfortable beds. There was a table and chairs, desk, armchair, microwave, and fridge too.

We paid $220 a night for a large family apartment made up of two rooms. There was no breakfast, but parking nearby was free. The place had enough equipment for eating, though not for cooking.

We had a positive four-night stay in their three-bedroom apartment and would come back when visiting Albany. Check-in and checkout were easy, the location was excellent, and the rooms were clean and modern with modern appliances, including a washing machine, dryer, and cooktop. The downsides were that there was only one shower and some kitchen utensils felt dated and needed replacing.
