The daily buffet breakfast was fantastic and plentiful, and the staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. Everything else was good, but the couch was very uncomfortable. We’d expected some sort of cooking element in the kitchen, but there was only a microwave, so we made do. The location was a bit far from downtown, and we had to drive to restaurants and grocers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the all-you-can-eat breakfast made up for the disappointing lack of a proper kitchen. The location is near businesses rather than the downtown core, but our rental car made it easy to get wherever we wanted.

After hiking Bluff Knoll, the spa in our unit was a must. The buffet breakfast was basic, but more than enough for most people, and the staff were great. Our three-person group stayed two nights, and the place was clean, quiet, and central to most things. Thanks for keeping us comfortable, highly recommended.

Breakfast is served on site, and we enjoyed the full English, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, tea, coffee, and juices. The complex sits outside Albany off the main road, with nearby restaurants about a 20-minute walk away. Albany and the surrounding area have lots to do, and there are leaflets and brochures in the office with ideas. Our modern apartment was roomy and slept four, with good-sized rooms, a TV, shower, and jacuzzi bath. The living and dining kitchen area had a comfortable settee and chairs. Kitchen appliances included a kettle, toaster, microwave, and oven, along with cutlery, crockery, and an assortment of glasses. There was also a table and two chairs outside the apartment.

The bed was really good, and the breakfast option with the room was grand. Best towels we’ve had on all our travels from Perth to Albany and back!
