We spent one day on the Mary River Rattler Steam train back to Gympie, and the station is only a short drive from the property. We also explored nearby places, but it was always lovely to return to the cottage, sit outside with a glass or two and watch the sunset. We stayed three nights in the beautiful, peaceful two-bedroom cottage, which had every amenity we could want. We came to Amamoor to relax and stop and smell the roses, and the lovely hosts were there if we needed them. It's a great choice if you want to unwind while staying close to places you might want to visit. We'll return!

The mountains, birdsong and friendly animals made the whole setting feel complete. The cottage had everything we needed, and the hosts were lovely. Such a serene, peaceful place here at CBR, absolutely amazing.

Thankyou, Liz. The beds had fabulous sheets, the towels felt luxurious, and there was a great selection of tea. It was a peaceful, quiet spot, exactly what we needed.

A lovely country escape, with glorious scenery all around the cottage. We had horses, a dog, a roaming pig and a visiting goat for company. Great place for a relaxing holiday.
