Westside Studio Apartments

A+++ for the whole experience, from customer service and cleanliness to comfort, location, and value. The room was a good size and very comfortable, with a cosy bed and spotless finish. There’s a washing machine and dryer too. Highly recommend 👌

Alvin met us when we arrived and was a really friendly host. It was a hot day, so finding the A/C already on in the room was a lovely touch. There were lots of those thoughtful little extras you don’t get elsewhere. The place felt like home, with everything we needed: a full kitchen, laundry, A/C and a comfy bed. There are plenty of places to eat within a five-minute walk, plus BWS and a service station. What a find, I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area 😊

The property manager was wonderful. My car broke down just outside town, and I called at the last minute at 5:30pm on 11 June looking for a room. Even at that late hour, he happily drove back to the motel to get me settled for the night. He can’t know how grateful I am. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed, including a fridge, kitchenette, washer and dryer. It was also a good price. I’m so happy with the service today, 10/10, and I’ll stay here again if I’m back in town.

I’ve stayed in plenty of motels as a FIFO worker, and the quality and service here stood out, especially for such reasonable rates. My room was comfortable and clean, with every amenity I could need. I’d accidentally booked the wrong dates on their Website. When I called, the motel immediately sorted things out for me and gave me the details for a late check-in. Highly recommend.
