My stay at this motel was a really disappointing experience. The room was poorly presented and clearly not maintained, and there was no cleaning service. Hygiene was terrible: used cigarettes had been left in the room, the towels were torn, and the sheets were stained. The room felt uncomfortable and very unhygienic. One of the worst stays I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The Manager communicated excellently, and the location is perfect for shopping. The rooms are a good size too. WiFi could use a boost, since the connection drops when every room is booked. Still, it’s a fabulous budget stay if you’d rather spend your money on the children and grandchildren 💕

The indoor heated pool is amazing, and the kids especially love it. The location is handy, with public transport, places to eat, and entertainment all a short distance away. Rooms are older and some could use an upgrade, but the beds are comfortable. Service has been brilliant every time I’ve visited.

The gentleman was very friendly and the bed was comfortable, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Our room was at the back and needed updating. The shower was horrendous, there was so much mould that I kept my thongs on while showering.

We had an okay bed, but the bathroom was full of insects and the toilet button was broken. There weren’t enough towels, and the only cutlery was a teaspoon. We got mugs but no glasses, bowls, or plates. We even bought dishwashing liquid to clean the mugs, only to find there wasn’t a sink plug. Wouldn’t recommend.
