Banksia Motel

I was having a hard time finding a room and was lucky to get one here. Kathryn even arranged an Uber for me and paid for it upfront. I reimbursed her, of course. She runs the motel and cleans the rooms too, and she’s one of the kindest people I’ve met. I’d happily recommend the Banksia Motel. Thank you, Kathryn.

Katherine checked in with me before I arrived to ask about my timing, and had even switched on the aircon in the room for me. She also suggested some dinner places and checked that everything had been okay when I left. The room was roomy, with a comfortable bed and a good shower and bathroom. I had a wonderful stay at the Banksia Bass Hill Motel, and the guest support was terrific. Thanks again, Katherine, for being so welcoming.

After a long drive, it was lovely to be greeted by Kathryn at reception. She was friendly, warm and ready to help with whatever we needed, both at the motel and nearby. The location worked well for us, close to everything, with parking on site and competitive rates. Our room was tidy and clean, with all the amenities we needed. I’d stay again. Thanks for looking after us, Kathryn. We’ll be back.

The rooms were a good size, and getting in and parking was easy. The location was great, so I’ll definitely book again. Catherine, if I’ve remembered her name right, was fantastic to deal with. She was helpful and informative, and her pleasant manner made the stay all the nicer. Thank you.
