Cobram Barooga Golf Resort

We’re a couple with everything we need, so we’d come back for the golf and easy access to the club. It’s a good location for golfers, and the club is a short walk away. The van sites are large, with plenty of shade. Some have grass and others are dirt. The pool was enjoyable, though it looked quite tired. The toilet facilities were clean, but also very worn and past their use by date.

The food was good. I had the rissoles, an old Aussie favourite. Everything was very clean and well appointed.

I had a pretty bad stay. I was harassed on the jumping pillow by the owners’ nieces and nephews. They threw sand at us, kicked us, and acted extremely homophobic. They were also riding E-scooters on the pillow and ran me and some other people over. Other guests stole plushies from the claw machine and vandalised the games room, which then got closed. The place itself was pretty good, but the people made the experience terrible.

We had a lovely dinner tonight and will definitely come back. My husband had steak, vegetables and mashed potatoes, and I’m fussy but really enjoyed the rissoles with mash and vegetables. The vegetables were cooked just right, and even the sticky date pudding was delicious. Kicks arse on Echuca Moama clubs.👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌😋😋😋😜🤪
