We stayed at Burbury Hotel in a modern, roomy two bedroom apartment for 7 nights. There was plenty of space to relax and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which made the longer stay feel easy and luxurious. Everything we needed was provided. The location was really convenient, close to major attractions and good places to eat. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Joining as a VIP member was a highlight too, and added a lot of value to our stay. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend Burbury Hotel, especially for a longer visit. We’ll definitely be back.

The room was comfortable, with a fluffy bed, good shower and nice lighting. The glass bathroom door might bother me if I were staying with a partner. It was handy for the places I needed to get to, though there aren’t many cafes or restaurants nearby and no convenience stores close by. Service was fine, but the staff seemed overworked.

Moses took great care of us and really went above and beyond, which made everything easy and enjoyable. The hotel is well kept and comfortable, and there are lots of nice restaurants just across the street. Parking was included with our room, which was a massive bonus and not something you see often. All the staff we met were great and set a high standard for service. We’d happily stay here again, and we’re already talking about another Canberra trip just to come back. Definitely recommend :)

My credit card was registered with the hotel when I stayed there in January 2026, and an unauthorised charge was made to it. I contacted the hotel by phone and email as soon as I noticed. A month later, I’m still waiting for a call back, and they haven’t even replied to my email. They don’t respect their customers. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and if I could, I’d give it zero stars.

I was coming to town for an event and needed to check in an hour early so I could get ready. I called the hotel the day before my booking, and the receptionist was able to arrange it. They were very accommodating and the service was great. I’d definitely book here again.
