We still had a good stay. The rooms are super small, but you get what you pay for, and it was fairly quiet. Nobody bothered us. The bathrooms are due for renovation, especially since the property seems almost fully booked, so there should be room in the budget for upgrades. The walls are thin. We could hear people outside our door and in the rooms next to us, so they probably heard us too. A few things we bought from the vending machine were expired, which is a health concern and should be checked.

We arrived late after a long interstate drive, and I appreciate the staff making sure we had somewhere to sleep. My husband had booked a queen room, which we could fit into with our 3 small children, but fire regulations meant we needed a second room with bunk beds to accommodate all 5 of us. It was affordable and peaceful, with friendly, helpful staff. The bunk room floor was sticky, while the other room was much cleaner. The lights on the room 111 bed head didn't work. Breakfast was simple but tasty and filling: granola, coco pops, yoghurt, orange and apple juice, a pancake machine, three kinds of bread including banana bread, and full cream and skim milk. Pretty good location near a Greek eatery, with plenty of parking.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable, with what you need for a short trip. It's convenient for shops and transport nearby. Great value for an affordable, no-fuss stay at ibis Budget Campbelltown.
