Raintree Motel Biloela

Quiet spot, comfy bed, and I felt safe here. The room had a lovely, nearly new feel and was really clean. Wish every country motel were this fresh and tidy. Definitely recommend.

The welcome was lovely and the hospitality generous. Our freshly renovated room had modern fittings, a really clean feel and plenty of comfort, with extras like a coffee pod machine. Thanks for a great stay.

The people were so genuinely kind and helpful, and those little touches made the stay especially nice. The rooms feel fresh, the bed is comfortable, and there’s even a coffee pod machine. Just so good, an excellent choice.

Casey and Pat were wonderful. I arrived after office hours, but they welcomed me, explained everything I needed to know, and made it easy. My room was clean and lovely, with good air conditioning, a large TV and a pod coffee machine that I really appreciated. We also had colleagues who needed the accessible unit. It was heartening to see how keen the team was to make it work, since even with the best intentions it can be hard to make a motel fully accessible for someone using a motorised wheelchair. There was a ramp into the lovely room, but reaching the path to the units from the raised parking area meant the guest had to carry and use a portable ramp. The accessible parking space also has a lip to get over. It has a shade sail, though an undercover space would be great. The support worker needed a bed as well and would have appreciated something bigger than the fold-out single. We were all very happy overall and would recommend staying here. Thanks for everything 🙂
