Moss Vale Holiday Park

The lounge was the weak spot, honestly, like sitting on a park bench because it was so hard. The cabin was clean, tidy, and quiet for our two nights, with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Great shower pressure too. A good stay overall, and I’d recommend it.

For a budget cabin, it was roomy and laid out in a practical, comfortable way. We had what we needed, and the amenities were in good condition. It felt easy to settle in, and the value was great. We’d gladly recommend it if you want affordable accommodation that’s still comfortable. There were some spider webs in Budget cabin number 4 that need wiping off!

I’d read some reviews and wasn’t sure about staying, but a lovely lady greeted me warmly when I arrived after booking online. She noticed my van and asked if I’d requested a site near the amenities. I hadn’t. We’d been allocated site 1, but she suggested site 5, so we took her advice. She gave clear directions, and although it was a tight squeeze, the spot was quiet and in a good location. The amenities are basic but very clean. If you want a luxurious park for your family, go somewhere else. But for a quiet, comfortable, clean and excellent value stay in your van, I’d highly recommend it. It’s easy to get around the Southern Highlands from here, and Moss Vales gives you easy access to all the towns.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was really quiet during my three days there. The two bedroom cabin had plenty of living space for dog crates, and everything I needed was provided. Ramp access was great for disabled access, and there was a nice little raised balcony plus lots of grassy areas to walk the dog. Handy having a servo across the road for supplies.
