We booked at the last minute, and the customer service was great. Keyless check-in made everything easy, and the rooms were generous, with a lounge room and kitchen that would be useful for a longer stay. We didn't need the kitchen this time. The apartment was mostly clean, though there were some cockroaches on the ground. The beds could use a pillow topper or an upgrade, and better blankets would be appreciated. Overall, a good stay.

There was a clean, large swimming pool and a barbecue as well. The rooms were very clean, with comfy beds and sofas. The TV was a bit limited, though still quite large. One of the best accommodations we had on our Queensland trip.

We booked a standard apartment, but it felt quite dated. There was no terrace or balcony, just two chairs and a table beside the entrance. The car had to be parked directly in front, right beside the neighbours' cars, which made it feel more like a roadside motel than a holiday apartment. The pool was small, and during our two day stay a robotic cleaner with a long cable was left in it, stretching across half the pool. That left only a limited section to use, and my children were too frightened to enjoy it.

We stayed just one short night in a generous sized two bedroom apartment. It was clean and comfortable in a very quiet location. I'd definitely stay here again.

Queens Beach is only 40 metres away, and it's a lovely, fairly long walk from there out to Horseshoe Bay and so on. Bowen is a laid back place to chill. The apartments are spotlessly clean, tidy and spacious, with a nice little living area and kitchenette. There's a handy little laundromat with one washer and dryer.
