Such a pretty place, and the accommodation is more than comfortable. We always end up wishing we could stay longer. I also think the water fountain is a very good idea.

Being close to town and the shops was handy, though there was a little traffic noise, as you'd expect from the location. The rooms were clean and set up like self-contained units. The fridge was a bust, but everything else was great.
The rooms were clean, everything worked, and the kids loved the pool. It was an easy place to stay while getting out to see the Bowral area, though not somewhere we'd want to spend the whole day. We arrived late and missed the pool, which closes at 5pm. The kids were sad about that. The kitchen could also use basics like salt, pepper, olive oil and instant coffee. There were a few tea bags and some long life milk. Still, it was a good place to stay.
The friendly, helpful staff made a difference, and the relaxed atmosphere and convenient location suited us. Our room was spacious and worked well for our family as a base for exploring the area. A few things need attention: the bed was quite hard, there were some maintenance issues, and the spa wasn’t working during our visit. There’s no lift, which may matter for anyone with mobility needs, and we couldn’t adjust the heater temperature from inside the room. With a few fixes, this could be a real gem for families looking for a comfortable stay in Bowral.
We found plenty of things to see and do around the area, with lots of coffee and food shops too. It was a great retreat from the city and a handy base for exploring. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
