The staff were friendly and the location made getting to the airport easy, so I can’t complain too much. The parking was a squeeze for my large SUV, and we had to haul our cases up the stairs. The long hallway was narrow and dark, but the room itself was better. The light was dim and the kitchen had few utensils, though towels, toiletries, and bedding were well stocked. The TV had a good choice of movie channels for the end of the night.

The location works well for the airport and getting into the city, and parking is free. But avoid room 30 and ask not to be put there. When we got back, the whole room smelled of sewage, and we both woke up covered in bites. I’m convinced there are mites or bed bugs in there.

After a long flight home, it was lovely to find a welcoming bed so close to the airport. We arrived at 11:30 pm, picked up the key from a lockbox, and took the lift to our room. So easy. I’d definitely stay again.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, and went out of their way with advice and anything else I needed. It was especially convenient that reception opened early and stayed open late. I’d highly recommend the hotel for the service and airport access. The Tangalooma resort ferry wharf is a short taxi ride away.

I spent five days here for work and had two rooms. One was advertised with a microwave but didn’t have one. The beds are so worn that you end up sleeping like a banana, which won’t work if you have back problems. I couldn’t use the laundry, and room service was poor. I won’t return. There are many better options that don’t cost much more.
