The city view from the rooftop pool was stunning, especially at night with all the lights. The rooms were clean and well organised, and the women at reception were polite, soft-spoken, and really helpful. They made check-in and check-out quick and easy with their kindness. We come to Brisbane once a year for my son's hospital appointment, and we'll stay here again and again. It's hard to get back in the car and leave after a stay like this. Absolutely beautiful, and I'll definitely recommend it to others.

We came with a large group, and Grand Chancellor made sure we were all looked after individually. When we asked for an extra blanket, it arrived in our room shortly after. We felt safe, respected, and well cared for. The breakfast had a five-star choice, the buffet dinner was delicious, and the staff were cheerful throughout. They gave us such a warm, professional welcome. Highly recommend, and we'll stay again. Thank you for the lovely service!

The room was tidy, and every time we walked in it smelled wonderful. I really need to know what air freshener they use! The pool area was great too, with a gorgeous view. We booked a mystery anniversary flight that included our accommodation, and were lucky to land at HGC in Brisbane. From arrival on, everything went smoothly. Jo (I think that was her name) was polite and helpful. We appreciated the city map, buffet breakfast vouchers, and complimentary chocolate. Jo's attention to detail made the stay for us. Thanks for everything, and we'll definitely stay here again when we're in Brisbane.

The hotel has spacious, clean rooms with a beautiful view, and the facilities are excellent. The atmosphere feels both elegant and relaxed. From the moment we arrived, staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. A real highlight was the warm-hearted woman on the morning reception desk. She was consistently friendly, genuine, and helpful, and each interaction brightened our day. I recommend the Grand Chancellor Hotel highly.

It was quiet, being on the edge of the CBD, and my room was great. I loved the quality of the rooftop gym and pool, and breakfast too. Staff even supplied a toothbrush and several things I'd forgotten to bring. A beautiful place to stay.
