We enjoyed the stay and the central location, plus the secure parking. The apartment was spacious, but had very little furniture and no rug, so it was a bit noisy. There was only a two-seater couch, and it was grubby. The air-con filters were filthy and left the rooms smelling damp. Food had been left on the oven grill, so it clearly hadn’t been cleaned.

The apartment was comfortable and really nice, and the staff were easy to talk to and willing to help make the stay enjoyable. Trains, buses, basic shops and food outlets are all nearby. You can see PA hospital, and Greenslopes hospital is just a short drive away.

Living on this quiet street is ideal, with transport, the motorway, hospital and shops all close by. I absolutely love the apartments at Princess Regent, and Stuart is brilliant as the building manager!

The staff were lovely, and the room was clean, beautiful and spacious. Fabulous. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

These apartments are well located, close to groceries and the motorway. They include all the facilities you need, plus an in-building carpark.
