We celebrated New Year's Eve at the hotel, and watching the fireworks over the city skyline from story bridge was magical and unforgettable. The location is right in the heart of the city, making nearby attractions, shopping and restaurants easy to reach. That convenience made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was spotless, classically designed and very comfortable, with all the amenities thoughtfully provided. The staff were professional, attentive and happy to help with even small requests. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its location, amenities and memorable moments. I'd gladly return and highly recommend it.

We enjoyed a short getaway at Stamford Plaza Brisbane. The river view from my room was beautiful, especially in the evening, and the bed was very comfortable. After a long day out, I liked relaxing by the pool. The location made exploring the city easy, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Check-in was smooth and the welcoming staff made me feel looked after from the start. The hotel has a classic style, but was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I'd happily stay again.

The decorations were amazing throughout, and there were showgirls to take photos with. You could watch the fireworks from the little balcony. The food, service, decorations and entertainment were all amazing, and the event was all inclusive, with beer and wine. It was a great night, definitely worth the money, and I'd do it again. Highly recommend. We attended the New Year's eve event with a Vegas theme and two gaming tables for fun. It wasn't cheap, at over $300 each once fees were added. I've rated the rooms as the function rooms, not the hotel rooms.

We held our End-of-Year party at the Stamford Plaza, and the team made it effortless and fun. They were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, with service that felt polished but personal. They seemed to anticipate what we needed. The food was delicious, fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented, even for a large group. The interactive games were a highlight. We used Kahoot! trivia about fun facts on the hotel, and the staff were very supportive in helping us set up the tech. It made the dinner lively and collaborative. The classic riverside elegance gave the party a lovely backdrop, with modern flexibility in how the event was run. I was also impressed by the facilities and rooms. The accommodation is spacious, elegantly appointed and has the classic luxury feel the Stamford is known for. The fitness center and pool area were meticulously maintained. For a venue with old-world charm, modern hosting and top-tier rooms to crash in afterward, the Stamford Plaza is a winner. Huge thanks to the team!
