The location is fantastic, and you can see dolphins in the bay near the hotel. The room was large, there were free water bottles, and there’s a great cafe nearby. The room also had rubbish left from the previous guests, and it felt tired and in need of a deep clean or renovation. The porta cot was so worn it felt like cardboard, so we ended up cosleeping with her in our bed. There was only enough toiletries for one person, which seemed stingy. You can only get to the beach through the hotel’s bay access, and there’s no swipe to get back in from the bay, so you have to walk around. Rooms near the lifts may be noisy, so choose one farther away if you can. Room service trays were left outside rooms overnight until checkout time. Maybe someone could check them the night before.

The view was beautiful and the hotel was so clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the bar had a fun, lively feel. It’s close to restaurants and the beach. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the Deluxe Studio was spacious and clean. The one drawback was hearing the water pressure and spa running next door at times.

We enjoyed two nights here and would recommend it. The hotel is right on the bay, with easy beach access, and you can walk to the town centre or reach a Dome cafe in a few minutes. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

Bree was so helpful, and the two ladies who welcomed me were lovely and professional. The hostel is well located, the rooms are stunning, and it’s not that expensive. I had an amazing experience and will definitely come back. Thanks for everything!
